As you'll be aware Allergicos, in the world of allergy-friendly food, some versions of popular foods are easier to find than others, with sweet treats tending to be rarest. In the case of waffles, it's not easy to locate allergy-friendly ones, partly due to the ingredients being very dairy-heavy. However help is at hand as we here at Allergico may have found the solution!
Biona's waffles are vegan, thus making them suitable for most people with dairy allergies. What's more is that they are delicious! They look and taste exactly like the traditional waffles to the point I think the Dutch would be very impressed. My reccomended way of eating them is warming them over a mug of hot tea until they go soft then enjoying them.
