Welcome back Allergicos to our weekly reviews! This week we're reviewing Captain Kombucha's original flavour which retails at £2.89 for 400ml (not pictured).
Kombucha has been the drink of the moment for the past few years and its popularity is still high. I was so excited to try this one as I'm a big fan of kombucha and I wasn't disappointed.
The flavour is rich and refreshing, with an almost citrusy note alongside the traditional tea-esque tones it's known for. Also, whilst this drink tastes relatively sweet, it's quite low in sugar which is great if you're looking for a healthier option this is a good call.
Overall I can't wait to get more of this and I recommend serving it chilled in a tall glass to get the best out of the product.
