Allergicos, it's fair to say that the subject of this week's review is a firm favourite the world over. Ramen is arguably one of the most popular dishes in the world, so it makes sense that a lot of effort has been put into making allergy-friendly versions. This particular one by King Soba is a particularly good one though. Initially I wasn't sure about the buckwheat noodles as they have a different consistency to the regular wheat ones, but when combined with the warming umami flavours of the broth, they were a perfect accompaniment. The best part is that the buckwheat means they're also gluten-free, something many ramen varieties aren't due to their wheat noodles. I loved these noodles so much I immediately ordered more and I can't recommend these enough for the ramen fans among you.
