Hello Allergicos! Today I'll be reviewing Suma's vegan and organic mushroom soup which retails at £2.15 from TheVeganKind Supermarket website.
Since I was little, I've always enjoyed mushroom soup, from the creamier varieties to the rich clear broths so when I saw this product I was really excited. It turns out, this excitement was justified as the product is amazing!
On first glance, the soup is surprising as I had expected it to be a little thicker in consistency than it actually was, but it nonetheless looked and smelled delicious. Taste-wise it was great too, a properly rich umami flavour which was both hearty and comforting. If you're looking for a good robust winter soup then this is your best bet as it is delicious and will warm you up in no time!
