For people with certain allergies, chocolates can be a bit of a minefield, especially when it comes to ones like gianduja which are the elongated triangle pralines that usually turn up at Christmas (or in a certain high street coffee shop). But what if I told you that these decadent delights had a vegan cousin? Well they do indeed and they are delicious!
Vegolinos are gianduja-style chocolates created by Vego, an iconic vegan chocolate company.
As a fan of the original gianduja, I was initially sceptical of how they could create a realistic vegan version of these but one bite and I was hooked. They taste so good and are a perfect replacement of the traditional variety. I can't recommend these enough if you're missing gianduja-style hazelnut pralines.
