We've all had the issue of communicating allergies in our native languages, but when we go abroad this problem can be even bigger. So here are some rough translations of how to say "I am allergic to...." in different languages. (if these are not 100% correct or you know of others, do get in touch!
French: "Je suis allergique à...."
Spanish: "Soy alérgico a...."
Italian: "Sono allergico a...."
German: "Ich bin allergisch gegen...."
Portuguese: "Sou alérgico a...."
Hindi: "मैं एलर्जी हूँ" (pronounced "main elarjee hoon")
These are just a few to start you off, but I hope they help some way to making ordering food on holiday a bit easier!
